Ingredients for Gin Thoke Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups sliced ginger
  • 0.30 Cups sliced tomatoes
  • 2 red chilies
  • As required Aromatic friend beans
  • As required Pre packed assorted fries
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
  • As required Sesame Seeds
  • As required Pre roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoon roasted yellow split flour
  • 0.30 Cups dried shrimp
  • As required Olive oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • As required Lime juice

Directions: Gin Thoke Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slice the ginger and pickle it in lime and salt. Slice the tomatoes and red chilies and in a bowl soak the rinse shrimp.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl and combine the sliced veggies, aroma fried beans, assorted fries, 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, followed by 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp pre-roasted garlic, ⅓ cup dried shrimp, 2 tbsp roasted yellow split flour, and a tiny bit of olive oil, salt to taste and half lime juice.
  • STEP 3.Once you have all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix and enjoy your gin thoke.
