How to Make Gin Thoke Recipe


Slice the ginger and pickle it in lime and salt. Slice the tomatoes and red chilies and in a bowl soak the rinse shrimp.


Take a bowl and combine the sliced veggies, aroma fried beans, assorted fries, 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, followed by 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp pre-roasted garlic, ⅓ cup dried shrimp, 2 tbsp roasted yellow split flour, and a tiny bit of olive oil, salt to taste and half lime juice.


Once you have all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix and enjoy your gin thoke.
