STEP 1.1. Boil the noodles in a pan. Cut the vegetables and also cut the dried laver into square parts.
STEP 2.2. Mix all the seasoning ingredients in the noodles and then add the vegetables. Put the rice paper in hot water to make wraps. Then place the laver and noodles on top and then roll it away in a spring roll shape. Fry the pieces in a pan from both sides. Serve with the dipping sauce.
