STEP 3.3 turn off the flame and add cardamom powder, kewra water, lemon juice and mix well.

STEP 4.4 in a mixer add clarified butter, curd, ice cubes and blend everything together.

STEP 5.5 add ½ cup chilled water to this and blend again.

STEP 6.6 to this add all purpose flour, gram flour and ½ litre water.

STEP 7.7 take this batter and fill it in a bottle. Keep the bottle in the refrigerator for a while.

STEP 8.8 in a cooker add some ghee for frying ghewar.

STEP 9.9 heat the clarified butter for a few minutes.

STEP 10.10 pour the batter in hot ghee till a thick layer is formed.

STEP 11.11 let it cook for a while and then sink it in so it gets cooked from the top too.

STEP 12.12 take it out and keep it for a while. Let the extra ghee get eliminated.

STEP 13.13 keep the ghewar on a plate and pour the prepared sugar syrup on it.

STEP 14.14 garnish with some dry fruits and your ghewar is ready.
