How to Make Gehu Ke Gatte Recipe
STEP 01
1 add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 02
2 now add water to it and make a dough.
STEP 03
3 keep the dough aside for 20 mins and let the dough set.
STEP 04
4 apply some oil to your palms and roll the dough into a cylindrical shape.
STEP 05
1 boil water in a pan and as the water boils add the prepared dough cylinders to it.
STEP 06
2 let it cook for 25 minutes.
STEP 07
3 keep it aside and let cool.
STEP 08
4 now cut them into small pieces.
STEP 09
5 add oil to a pan and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and onions.

6 once onions get cooked add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric.

7 mix everything well.

8 add salt and 2 tbsp water .

9 add prepared gatte to the pan and mix well
