Ingredients for Gbagbafofo Recipe

  • As required Okra
  • 2 Nos Egidije or Uda, ehuru etc
  • 2 tablespoon Grinded Crayfish
  • 2 tablespoon Pepper Soup Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Nos Habanero de seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cameroon Pepper
  • 2 Nos Maggi Cubes
  • As required Beletete Leaf
  • As required Beef
  • As required Periwinkle
  • 1 Nos Smoked Fish
  • 2 Handful Prawns Or Shrimps
  • As required Beef Stock
  • As required Water

Directions: Gbagbafofo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak egidijie in water for 5 minutes and After 5 minutes beat the egidijie with a spatula and remove the seeds.

  • STEP 1. In a cooking pot add beef stock followed by some water,. Now add pepper soup spice and crayfish,salt and maggi cubes add in cameron pepper, habanero pepper and a tsp of beletete leaf and egidijie,

  • STEP 1.Cover and cook for 15 minutes then add a tsp of beletete leaf. Now add beef,pnomo,shrimps and periwrinkle,shredded fish and okra

step 10

  • STEP 1.Then add a tsp of beletete leaf and cover and cook for 5 minutes at low flame.
