Soak egidijie in water for 5 minutes and After 5 minutes beat the egidijie with a spatula and remove the seeds.
In a cooking pot add beef stock followed by some water,. Now add pepper soup spice and crayfish,salt and maggi cubes add in cameron pepper, habanero pepper and a tsp of beletete leaf and egidijie,
Cover and cook for 15 minutes then add a tsp of beletete leaf. Now add beef,pnomo,shrimps and periwrinkle,shredded fish and okra
Then add a tsp of beletete leaf and cover and cook for 5 minutes at low flame.
