Gavthi chicken patla rassa Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Gavthi Chicken Patla Rassa is a spicy and flavorful Maharashtrian chicken curry. It is made with a blend of aromatic spices and a rich tomato-onion gravy. The dish gets its name from the thin consistency of the curry, which allows the flavors to penetrate the chicken pieces. This dish is best enjoyed with hot steamed rice or traditional Indian bread like roti or naan.
