  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the cluster beans into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil the chopped cluster beans until tender.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saut��� until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut��� for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Add the boiled cluster beans and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
