  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 3 teaspoon Curd

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

How to Make Gatte Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In a side line vessel add gram flour. Add salt, carrom seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, curd and knead. Now add 2 tbsp water and oil. Now take a small portion of dough to make logs. Boil the logs in water. Cook the logs well for 10-12 minutes and hugh flame. Strain out the logs when they cooked. Now cut them into gatta's.

STEP 01

Add oil in a pot & heat it. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. then tomato paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida powder. Mix and cover to cook. Add kasuri methi and garam masala after a minute and add gatta's and cook.
