Ingredients for Gathiya Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Besan
  • 0.19 cup water
  • 0.08 cup Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp ajwain
  • 0.06 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/4 inch Pinch soda
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Gathiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add salt, pepper, asafoetida, soda to the gram flour.
  • STEP 2.In a separate vessel, mix water and oil and beat until it becomes like white cream (you can also put it in a mixer and beat it)
  • STEP 3.Put the mixture of oil and water in the gram flour and beat it well for 5-6 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Put a mesh for making gout in the sev making machine and lubricate it with oilOkay. Make a thin dough from the maker. Take it in hot oil.
  • STEP 5.Fill the gram flour mixture in the machine.
  • STEP 6.Heat the oil well, put the gout in the hot oil and fry it on medium flame till it becomes crisp.
  • STEP 7.When it cools down, keep it in an airtight container.serve with tea whenever you want.
