Ingredients for Gathiya Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Basan
  • 1/4 Tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Carrom seed
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp hot oil
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • A Few Water as needed

Directions: Gathiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl n adding basan n all above spices in it..
  • STEP 2.Adding Salt n carrom Seed n hot oil n little water..
  • STEP 3.Stirling continues one side n pouring this better in a sev machine..
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in frying pan..
  • STEP 5.Pour gathiya in heat oil..
  • STEP 6.Fry it in both sides on medium flame..
  • STEP 7.Ready to serve..
