A laccha paratha recipe with desi spice prepared from all purpose flour dough, wheat flour, garlic and spices. Pan fried and cooked in desi ghee.

Ingredients for Garlic Laccha Paratha Recipe

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 No.s minced Garlics
  • As required a few Coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 250 gram Wheat flour
  • As required Edible oil for cooking

Directions: Garlic Laccha Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 1 cup all purpose flour in a bowl, add some salt, 3 tablespoon ghee, add little by little water and kneed the flour to prepare dough.
  • STEP 2.Let it rest for 10 minutes , coat the dough with some ghee.
  • STEP 3.Take some garlics and chop sharply along with some coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Take portions of the dough and shape them for paratha
  • STEP 5.Make sure the parathas are thin and long. Now when the dough is spread then spread some chilli powder, desi ghee, salt, cumin seeds and some wheat flour. Now form strings of the made spread dough. Make a desired roll in the a thin dough.
  • STEP 6.Put some garlic chopped and coriander leaves and then roll them round with your light hands.
  • STEP 7.Form laccha paratha using light hands.
  • STEP 8.Sep take a pan and heat it very much. Cook the parathas on both sides equally.
  • STEP 9.It will take from about 5 minutes. Keep applying ghee to the paratha while cooking.
  • STEP 10.When the parathas cook perfectly then remove them from the pan. Serve with some salad or chutney.
