  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking tray.
  • STEP 4.Bake the chicken tikka in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  • STEP 5.Serve the garlic flavored chicken tikka hot with mint chutney and naan bread.
