Ingredients for Garlic Chutney Recipe

  • 20-25 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Curd

  • STEP 1.Crush coriander seeds

step 2

  • STEP 2.Crush garlic cloves

step 3

  • STEP 3.In a bowl add red chilli powder & some water to make a paste

step 6

  • STEP 4.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

step 7

  • STEP 5.2.add cumin seeds

step 8

  • STEP 6.3.now add crushed coriander seeds & garlic.

step 9

  • STEP 7.4.cook and stir for 30 secs.

step 10

  • STEP 8.5.then add red chilli powder paste & some water.

step 11

  • STEP 9.6.cook for 3 mins.

step 12

  • STEP 10.7.add salt and mix well.

step 13

  • STEP 11.8.cook at medium flame for 2 mins.

step 14

  • STEP 12.9.now add curd,mix well and cook for a minute.
