  • 0.13 cup Breadcrumbs

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400���F (200���C).
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, combine sausage meat, minced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture along one edge of each rectangle.
  • STEP 4.Brush the opposite edge of the pastry with beaten egg. Roll up the pastry, enclosing the filling, and press the edges to seal.
