STEP 1.Take warm milk and add sugar and yeast. Rest for 5 mins to activate yeast. Take a bowl add flour,salt, 1 tsp butter. Mix well. Add the activated yeast. Knead very well. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
STEP 2.Next knead the dough again for 5 mins.
Take one ball and rolled it like chapati. In a bowl mix butter,garlic, coriander, oregano together. Mix it well. Spread the butter mixture on the flatten chapati and brush generously. Next add oregano, cheese, chilli flakes. Fold half.
STEP 3.On the top sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano and make cut marks. Preheat oven at 180 degrees and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
