  • 1/4 teaspoon Rasam Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped garlic, cabbage, and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 3.Add tamarind pulp, rasam powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Simmer for a few minutes.
