Ingredients for Garelu Recipe

  • 0.33 cups Urad daal
  • 0.33 g Big onions chopped
  • 1 g green chillies
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Garelu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak urad daal 3-4 hours. Drain the water and grind corasly with out adding water . Add onions and chopped green chillies and salt mix well.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Make small balls out of dough and press to circular on cloth and deep fry till golden brown colour.
  • STEP 3.Serve hot with chicken pulusu as it is served in Andhra or enjoy with a cup of coffee
