  • STEP 1.Wash and soak garden cress seeds in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Add soaked garden cress seeds and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cook for another 5 minutes until the kheer thickens.
