  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add mixed vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add soaked rice, garam masala powder, salt, and water. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
