  • 0.17 cup Oil
  • 1 Cups Besan
  • 0.33 Tsp Papad khar
  • As Required Oil
  • 0.67 Tsp Carom seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Hing

Directions: Ganthiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take all ingredients from Ganthiya section. Mix it well. Bind it to hard dough. Cover it for 10 minutes. After that, start kneading the dough. Take water and oil and mix it well. Dough should be soft now.
  • STEP 2.With palm, start rolling, give twist in between. Deep fry on low flame. Once it is cooked, it will floats on oil. Do not overcook.
