  • 0.33 liter sugarcane juice
  • 0.17 cup soaked basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon dry coconut
  • 0.67 tablespoon Peanuts

Directions: Ganne Ki Kheer Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. take the sugarcane juice in a pan and boil it for 15-20 minutes. after 20 minutes collect all the impurities floating on top of the boiling juice.

step 2

  • STEP 1.now add soaked rice to this and let it cook on low- medium flame for 15 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1.in a separate pan dry roast coconut flakes and peanuts until they turn brown.

step 4

  • STEP 1. switch the flame off and add roasted coconut flakes and peanuts to your kheer and mix it well.
