Ingredients for Galouti Kebab Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Mutton Kheema
  • 2 tablespoon raw papaya
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 8 Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 6 Peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 blade mace
  • 6-8 cardamom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chilly powder
  • As required Grated nutmeg
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 4-5 dried green chilly
  • 3 tablespoon roasted gram flour
  • 1 egg
  • As required Onion rings, Mint and Lemon

Directions: Galouti Kebab Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grind together – bay leaf, black cardamom, cinnamon, dried green chilly, grated nutmeg, mace, peppercorns, poppy seeds, cloves, cardamom seeds, garlic, ginger, chilly powder, raw papaya with the skin, run it into a smooth and fine paste.

  • STEP 2.Add coriander leaves & egg into the paste and run it till it turns into a smooth paste

  • STEP 3.Take the meat and add it into the grinder and grind it to run it into a smooth paste

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add some salt and mix it properly

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add the masala paste and evenly mix it with the meat.

  • STEP 6.Add a spoonful of roasted gram flour and mix it evenly and properly

step 7

  • STEP 7.Take a scoop of the mixture and form a patty shape and place it on a plate

  • STEP 8.Refrigerate the patties for 10 minutes

  • STEP 9.In a pan heat some oil on medium flame, and place the kebabs and fry them

step 10

  • STEP 10.Garnish it with lemon juice onion rings and a bunch of fresh mints.
