One of my maternal grandmother's best dishes is galauti kebab. Then we eat this kebab with rumali roti but now we have it with lachcha paratha.

  • 1/25 kilogram Beef or mutton minced meat
  • 6.25-8.33 gram Raw papaya
  • 0.13 piece Ginger
  • 0.83 piece Garlic
  • 1/2 Cloves
  • 0.17 Black cardamoms
  • 0.17 teaspoon roasted poppy seeds
  • 0.33 Peppercorns
  • 1/25 teaspoon pieces of cinnamon
  • 0.17 tablespoon dessicated coconut lightly roasted
  • 0.17 mace blades
  • 0.42 green cardamoms
  • 0.08 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/50 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 0.08 cup sliced onions fried brown and crisp in 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/50 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.17 tablespoon finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tablespoon roasted gram flour
  • As required Salt
  • 0.08 finely chopped tomato
  • As required oil for frying the kebabs
