  • 3/4 g table spoon clarified ghee
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp table spoon chooped nuts
  • 1/4 Pieces pistachio and raisins
  • 1/4 Pieces table spoon chopped cashew

Directions: Gajer Ka Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.ADD 3 CUPS PEELED AND GRATED CARROTS IN A HEAVY BASE PAN.
  • STEP 2.SAUTE CONTINUOSLY ON HIGH FLAME.
  • STEP 3.AND STIR TILL WATER EVAPORATES. ADD DESI GHEE,ADD SUGAR AND
  • STEP 4.STIR, KEEP STiRRING TILL WATER EVAPORATES.
  • STEP 5.ADD CARDADMOM POWDER OR WHOLE CARDAMOM,STIR WELL.
  • STEP 6.ONCE THE WATER HAS DRIED UP ADD 1 CUP MILK POWDER AND STIR CONTINUESLY TO AVOID MILK POWDER LUMPS.
  • STEP 7.ADD CHOPPED DRYFRUITS, PISTACHIO NUTS &RASINS.
  • STEP 8.MIX WELL, SERVE HOT.
