  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1/4 g lass milk
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 3/4 Pieces Cashew nuts required
  • 1/4 tablespoon Orange food colour and milk maid
  • 1/2 g Table spoon ghee

Directions: Gajer Hawal Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan add one spoon ghee,to fry cashews take it in a bowl
  • STEP 2.Add greated carrots in a pan mix it 5min
  • STEP 3.Add a glass of milk
  • STEP 4.After 5min add sugar
  • STEP 5.Add cardamom ghee
  • STEP 6.Add food colour+milkmaid (optional)
  • STEP 7.Mix it 10min ready to serve
