  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 tbsp milk powder
  • 0.33 nos Green cardamom pcs
  • 1/25 cup cashew nuts and raisins
  • 16.67 nos Khoya grm
  • 0.17 nos Salt pinch
  • 0.17 cup Milk

Directions: Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate the carrot and heat ghee in a pan.
  • STEP 2.now add the green cardamoms and stir a while.
  • STEP 3.add the carrot,fry adding salt.
  • STEP 4.add milk and boil in low flame ,cover it with. a lid.,add sugar and milk powder mix well.
  • STEP 5.finally garnish with nuts and raisins ,sprinkle ghee .
