How to Make Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

First rinse and peel carrots

STEP 02

Grate the carrots with a box grater

Take a kadai or wok, add all of the grated carrots.

Now add sugar

STEP 05

N cook carrot N sugar until the liquid is reduce by 90%

STEP 06

Now add mava

STEP 07

N cook N reduce all the liquid.

STEP 08

Now Halwa is ready

STEP 09

Garnish with dry fruits.
