Gajar halwa (sugar free) Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Gajar Halwa is a popular Indian dessert made with grated carrots, milk, and sugar. This sugar-free version of Gajar Halwa is a healthier alternative, using natural sweeteners like dates or stevia instead of sugar. The carrots are slow-cooked in milk until they become soft and creamy, and then flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts. This guilt-free dessert is perfect for those who want to enjoy the traditional flavors of Gajar Halwa without the added sugar.
