Ingredients for Gai Tod Recipe

  • 500 gram chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 Thai garlic cloves
  • 3 coriander roots
  • 1 tablespoon cooking sauce
  • 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 2 cup palm oil

Directions: Gai Tod Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a mortar & pestle add the salt, black pepper, and pound them till coarse powder, then add the garlic cloves, coriander roots, and pound them until a smooth paste.

step 3

  • STEP 1.In a bowl bring the paste and cooking oil and mix them well. Now add the chicken wings, mix, and marinate with the mixture for 15-20 minuts

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add all-purpose flour and water, mix with the marinate. Heat oil in the wok/ deep frying pan medium-high ad fry the chicken in the pan until a nice light golden brown.
