It’s a traditional winter Bengali dish. Very popular dish in Bangladesh and India. Locally calls its pitha, also its familiar as Bengali traditional cake.
STEP 1.Keep hot water and little salt in a pot. Then add rice flower and mix finely and make soft dough.
STEP 2.02. Dough divides into small boll and makes flat cake (ruti or leshi) with each boll. And keep aside.
STEP 3.Heat the oil in a frying pen and place sliced onion and fry till become brown color.
STEP 4.Then add chopped ginger and green chili and fry for little moment.
STEP 5.05. Now add sliced meet (mangsho kima), porn and little water. And cook continues.
STEP 6.06. When water will dry enough then add sliced fulkopi and cook few times with cover the pen.
STEP 7.07. Wait until oil come on top (vaja vaja kore koshia nin) and then add garam masala. (make sure that its enough dry)
STEP 8.08. Remove from heat and keep aside.
STEP 9.09. For make puli, each ruti or leshi fill with cooked fulkopi mixture.
STEP 10.10. Now place water in a deep pen and cover it with thin cloth. And heat the pen. Wait for boil the water.
STEP 11.11. When water boils enough then place puli on top of cloth. And cover the puli for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 12.12. Remove from heat and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
