As required Ingredients For Fufu
3 cup corn flour
6 cup Water
2 pound huckleberry
6 Nos tomatoes
2 Nos onion
3 Nos small seasoning cubes of Maggi
NaN As required Salt
1 cup vegetable oil/palm oil
2 Nos habanero peppers
1 Nos whole chicken
1 cup palm oil
4 cloves garlic
2 Nos Maggi cubes
1 Nos habanero pepper
Directions: Fufu, Njam Njama And Kati Kati Recipe

STEP 1.Slightly burn chicken over a flame, add some water in a cooking pot and bring it to a boil. Now add chicken along with some salt and cook it until soft.

STEP 1.Once chicken is soft and tender add maggi seasoning cubes. Then add chopped onions,tomatoes,garlic,palm oil and mix it thoroughly.

STEP 1.Cook it for a minute or two and then turn off the flame.

STEP 1.add oil in a pot, heat it and Add chopped onions and saute it,then add tomatoes and fry it well for 5-6 minutes

STEP 1. Now add habanero peppers,maggi seasoning cubes followed by salt as per taste, Lastly add vegetables, stir fry it and cook it for a minute.

STEP 1.In a bowl mix 3 cups of corn flour in 6 cups of water Boil some water in a pot and add corn flour mixture and stir it until bubble appears.

STEP 1.Then add corn flour into the pot and make a thick paste and then turn off the flame. Using a thin transparent sheet,add some fufu mixture, wrap it in a ball shape and keep it aside.

STEP 1.Now dish out fufu, njama njama and kati kati in a plate.
