Ingredients for Fry rice Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups bowl Cooked rice
  • 1.75 Pieces Some chopped onion and tomato
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 g 1-2 chopped g
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon chilli vinegar
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp jeera

Directions: Fry Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera and onion and saute.
  • STEP 2.Than add tomatoes and mix after that add capsicum and let it cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.When capsicum is cooked add turmeric powder and chilli powder and salt and again mix and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Than add boiled rice and mix.
  • STEP 5.Add chilli vinegar in the end and mix and switch off the flame.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot.
