How to Make Fry Pumpkin Recipe

Deseed and peel the pumpkin and slice it up into small pieces. Soak the pumpkin chunks into a bowl of cold water.

Heat some oil in a pan and saute chopped onions and scallions in it. Once the onions turn translucent then add wiri wiri peppers and ground jeera.

Mix it well and cook for a minute. Add in the pumpkin chunks to the pam and some salt. Mix well and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the flame to medium high heat. add a dash of water and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes.
