Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, condensed milk, and cream. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • STEP 2.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups. Insert wooden sticks into the center of each mold.
  • STEP 3.Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 4.To serve, remove the molds from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  • STEP 5.Gently remove the kulfi from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts or fruit slices, if desired, and serve immediately.
