Ingredients for Fried Udon Recipe
- 7 ounce fresh udon
- 2 Nos garlic
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 3-5 Nos shrimp
- 6-8 slices fish cakes
- 4-5 Nos fresh shiitake mushroom/oyster mushroom/trumpet mushrooms
- 2 Nos mini carrots
- 0.33 cup Cabbage
- As required Bird
- As required s eye chillies
- As required Sauce
- 4 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 dash White Pepper

How to Make Fried Udon Recipe
STEP 01
Wash the udon with cold water
STEP 02
Add all the ingredients in the sauce and blend it and keep aside.

Prepare the soy sauce and cut chillies
STEP 04
Now add some soy sauce to the cut chillies

add oil in a pan & heat it

add garlic and stir fry it.

now add the shrimp and fish cake and cook until shrimp is half cooked.

then add the mushroom,carrot,naba cabbage and cook for a few minutes.

now add the noodles into the pan followed by sauce and mix well.

cook for a few minutes and serve with cut chillies and soy sauce.
