STEP 1.Heat oil or butter i a pan, then add chopped onion and saute it till it turns pink.
STEP 2.Then add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage and mix .in this stage u add any veggies as ur choice...and cover, and cook for few minutes.
STEP 3.Now add all sauces and salt and black pepper powder and mix. Cook for a minute.
STEP 4.Then add cooked rice, very vinegar. and mix.
