  • STEP 1.Start by sprouting the moong beans. Rinse the beans thoroughly and soak them in water overnight. Drain the water and place the beans in a clean cloth or sprouting jar. Keep them covered and let them sprout for about 24 hours, rinsing them with water every few hours.
  • STEP 2.Once the moong beans have sprouted, heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying. Make sure the oil is hot enough before adding the sprouts.
  • STEP 3.Add the sprouted moong beans to the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Stir occasionally to ensure even frying.
