Ingredients for Fried momos Recipe

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • as required Onion
  • 1/4 cup Cauliflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • as required Oil

Directions: Fried Momos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add maida in it
  • STEP 2.Add water and knead a soft dough
  • STEP 3.Take bowl. Add onion,cauliflower and spices.mix well
  • STEP 4.Take some dough and roll it
  • STEP 5.Add stuffing in it
  • STEP 6.Make shape of momos.
  • STEP 7.Take a steamer and steam it for 5 min.
  • STEP 8.Then take a pan. Add oil in it
  • STEP 9.Fry these momos until crispy. Serve with chutney. You can make different shape of momos too.
