Fried momo Recipe

Momo are bite-size dumplings made with a spoonful of stuffing wrapped in dough. Momo are usually steamed, though they are sometimes fried or steam-fried. Meat or vegetables fillings becomes succulent as it produces an intensively flavored broth sealed inside the wrappers.

Ingredients for Fried momo Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups Flour
  • A Pinch Salt
  • As Required Water
  • A Handful Cabbage
  • A Handful Carrot
  • 0.13 Pieces Capsicum
  • A Handful Onion
  • 0.38 Pieces arlic
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • 0.13 Tsp Black pepper
  • 0.13 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.13 Pieces Paneer
  • 0.13 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Fried Momo Recipe

  • STEP 1.First make the dough with flour,salt and water. Rest for 1/2 hr.
  • STEP 2.For stuffing Mix all the chopped vegetables. Add salt,soya sauce , black pepper, butter,mashed paneer together.
  • STEP 3.Now make small size Puri and stuffed with prepared vegetables . Fold and shaped like momo. Steamed it for 15 to 20 mins. Remove from steamer. Add butter in a pan and fried the prepared momo for 2 to 3 mins both sides.
  • STEP 4.Serve with ketchup, mayonnaise or chutney.
