Ingredients for Fried Keema Recipe

  • 1.25 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.13 kilogram minced meat
  • 1/2 No.s small chopped onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon red chill
  • 1/2-3/4 No.s green chillies
  • 1/4 bunch Coriander

Directions: Fried Keema Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pot heat some oil and add onions to it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Cook the onions till they turn brown.

step 3

  • STEP 1.To this add ginger garlic paste and minced meat.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Cover and cook until the water dries up

step 5

  • STEP 1.After the water dries add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, a glass of water and mix well.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Finally add fresh coriander and green chillies and give it a nice stir.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Cook the keema for 2-3 minutes and it is ready to be served.
