Ingredients for frie rice Recipe

  • 1 cup Boiled rice
  • 1 g Onions
  • 1/2 g 1-2 G
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 g Tomato
  • sprig few sprigs few sprigs Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • As Required as per taste Salt
  • as required Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Frie Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a kadai, add oil in it. when oil is hot add cumin seeds in it. when it's crackled add onions,tomatoes and green chilli mix it and add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook it for 5 minutes in slow flame.
  • STEP 2.Powder and cook it for 5 minutes in slow flame.
  • STEP 3.When masala is ready add cooked rice and coriander leaves and two spoon water and mix it well, cook it for 5 minutes and serve with papad.
