STEP 2.Add onion , tomato , fresh peas & little salt n turmeric.
STEP 3.Saute for a while.
STEP 4.Sprinkle little water..cover & cook for 2-3 min.
STEP 5.Add all spice powders..give a mix..turn off flame ..keep aside.
STEP 6.In another pan heat ghee.
STEP 7.Add urad dal, mustard & broken dry chilli.
STEP 8.Add curry leaves as mustard crackle.
STEP 9.Add rawa & ginger...fry on low flame till rawa changes colour.
STEP 10.Meanwhile heat 2½ to 3 cups water in a saucepan.
STEP 11.Once rawa is fried add sauteed veggies, tamarind paste, salt, sugar & boiling hot water.
STEP 12.Give a stir..cover & cook till water is absorbed.
STEP 13.Add coconut & cilantro ..mix well.
STEP 14.Serve hot.
