  • 1/2 cup Fresh Coconut, Grated
  • 2.25 Lic Cloves
  • 1.25 En Chilies
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1 Dried Red Chilies

  • STEP 1.In a blender, combine fresh coconut, garlic cloves, green chilies, ginger, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Blend until you get a coarse paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds.
  • STEP 4.Once the mustard seeds start spluttering, add curry leaves and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 5.Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Serve the chutney immediately or refrigerate for later use.
