STEP 1.1. Wash the cherries thoroughly and pat them dry with a cloth.
STEP 2.2. Remove the stems and seeds from the cherries using a straw.
STEP 3.3. Mix the powdered sugar with the cherries and set them aside.
STEP 4.4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
STEP 5.5. Gradually add milk to the dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
STEP 6.6. Add vanilla essence also
STEP 7.7. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
STEP 8.8. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle some powdered sugar on it.
STEP 9.9. Arrange the cherry mixture on the baking dish and pour the batter over it.
STEP 10.10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
STEP 11.11. Sprinkle powder sugar on it and Garnish with some cherries
STEP 12.12. Serve the Clafoutis warm or Cold.
