  • 125 grams - Cherries:
  • 1/2 cup - All-purpose flour:
  • 1.88 spoon - Powdered sugar: +++ tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Baking powder:
  • 1/2 cup - Milk:
  • 1 tablespoons - Butter:
  • 1/4 tsp - Vanilla Essence:

Directions: French Clafoutis Dessert Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash the cherries thoroughly and pat them dry with a cloth.
  • STEP 2.2. Remove the stems and seeds from the cherries using a straw.
  • STEP 3.3. Mix the powdered sugar with the cherries and set them aside.
  • STEP 4.4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • STEP 5.5. Gradually add milk to the dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
  • STEP 6.6. Add vanilla essence also
  • STEP 7.7. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • STEP 8.8. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle some powdered sugar on it.
  • STEP 9.9. Arrange the cherry mixture on the baking dish and pour the batter over it.
  • STEP 10.10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • STEP 11.11. Sprinkle powder sugar on it and Garnish with some cherries
  • STEP 12.12. Serve the Clafoutis warm or Cold.
