  • 2 ounce 60 ml Gin
  • 5 ounce 15 ml Gomme Syrup
  • 1 ounce 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • As required Top with Champagne
  • 2 dash Absinthe

Directions: French 75 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine simple syrup, lemon juice and cognac in a shaker with ice.
  • STEP 2.Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  • STEP 3.Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
