  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • STEP 2.Add almond extract and egg yolks, mixing well.
  • STEP 3.Gradually add flour and ground almonds, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  • STEP 4.Fill a cookie press with the dough and pipe S-shaped cookies onto a baking sheet.
