Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add mixed vegetables like carrots, peas, and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
