  • 100 gram Fogla
  • 1/2 kilogram Curd
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tablespoon Asafoetida powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 No.s Chopped Onions

How to Make Fogla Ka Raita Recipe

STEP 01

Wash and soak fogla in water for an hour.

Add ghee in a pan and heat it at medium flame.

Then add mustard, coriander seeds and asafoetida powder.

Add grinded garlic and mix well.

Now turn off the gas and cool down the mixture for 10-15 mins.

Add fogla in the curd and whisk it with the hand blender.

Now add sliced onions.

Add red chilli powder, salt as per taste, roasted cumin seeds and mix well.
