Ingredients for Fogla Ka Raita Recipe

  • 100 gram Fogla
  • 1/2 kilogram Curd
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tablespoon Asafoetida powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 No.s Chopped Onions

Directions: Fogla Ka Raita Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak fogla in water for an hour.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add ghee in a pan and heat it at medium flame.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Then add mustard, coriander seeds and asafoetida powder.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add grinded garlic and mix well.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Now turn off the gas and cool down the mixture for 10-15 mins.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add fogla in the curd and whisk it with the hand blender.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Now add sliced onions.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Add red chilli powder, salt as per taste, roasted cumin seeds and mix well.

  • STEP 1.Add the fried mixture and mix well.
