Ingredients for Flaxseed Ladoo Recipe

  • As required flax seeds
  • As required Almond
  • As required Peanuts
  • As required jaggery powder
  • As required Ghee
  • As required Cardamom

Directions: Flaxseed Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.dry roast roast in the pan. Cool for a few minutes and grind to a fine powder.
  • STEP 2.Dry roast the almonds. Cool and make fine powder.
  • STEP 3.Roast the peanuts, cool them, and slightly remove the skin and make fine powder.
  • STEP 4.Add all these three powdered ingredients back in to the mixer jar, and add the Jaggery powder and cardamom.
  • STEP 5.Pulse the mixture few times, taste for sweetness and add some ghee to the mixture.
  • STEP 6.After the ghee added to the powdered flax seed and nuts mixture, run the blender again for few seconds till the mixture comes together. Do not grind for too long if not too much oil will release form the nuts.
  • STEP 7.Now start making these in the form of ladoo.
  • STEP 8.After the ladoos are ready, store them and an airtight container and enjoy!
