  • STEP 1.To make the batter, soak rice and lentils in water for 4-6 hours. Grind them into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and let the batter ferment overnight.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a circular motion to form a mini dosa.
  • STEP 4.Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side as well.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the process with the remaining batter and add different toppings like onions, tomatoes, and chilies to each dosa.
  • STEP 6.Serve the flavoured mini dosas hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
